Management Team

Pamela founded Premier Care from her kitchen table in 2002. She is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years experience in the healthcare sector. Prior to founding Premier Care, Pamela was Managing Director of two private care homes and was Chief Executive of a successful financial services company.

She trained as a Nurse in Liverpool and is married with 6 children.

Sam Easen joined Premier Care in 2005. With a background in sales and recruitment, he founded the permanent recruitment division of the company (since rebranded as PCSG Recruitment). He is responsible for the strategic development of the company, marketing and sales.

Sam gained his BA from the University of Hull and also attended the University of South Carolina in the USA.
