Quality Assurance Monitoring
As part of our quality process, we constantly monitor all aspects of our service.
Care Assistants and Nurses have regular evaluations from their Branch Manager to discuss their performance and ongoing training requirements.
Individual Branch Managers also keep in close touch with clients to ensure that they are receiving the very best service.
Premier Care monitor all staff assignments through feedback questionnaires and visits to client premises.
If there is a problem, we will respond to it within 24 hours and investigate fully.
This commitment to quality starts at the recruitment stage. Fewer than 50% of all applicants make it onto our books as Premier Care agency members due to our strict requirements.
All applicants must undergo a two stage interview process which tests their experience, communication skills, flexibility and commitment.
Each must also pass a series of Scenario Based tests which ensure they have the knowledge and experience required to be a Premier Care member.
Care Assistant applicants must demonstrate knowledge and have at least 6 months experience in the last 12 months. Nurses must have at least two years post registration experience.
