Placing a request
Premier Care’s dedicated Allocations Teams are available 24 hours a day throughout the year to take your staffing requirements, and will endeavour to fill your vacancy within the hour. If this is not possible, then you will be kept fully informed of the progress of your staffing order.
Premier Care use a computerised booking system that allows us to allocate the most suitable staff member to your assignment, in as short a period as possible.
We can also show you how you can book your staff online, saving you the time and hassle of telephone calls and faxes.
From offices throughout Scotland, and with new offices opening in England, we can provide staff cover at short notice to almost any location.
All Premier Care staff arrive at your establishment in smart identifiable uniforms with ID badges, although they may work non-uniform if required.
Premier Care members are recruited for their experience and flexibility. Our strict procedures allow only the best staff to join the agency, meaning that when you call us, you know you’ll be getting someone who knows what they’re doing, and after a short induction can fit straight into your team.
